  1. Introduction / Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Rivia Skincare Company (“we”, “us”, “our”, the “Company”). By accessing or using this website (the “Site”) and/or purchasing any products from the Site (the “Products”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, Shipping & Returns Policy, Disclaimers, Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Agreement”). If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Site or purchase Products.



2. About the Company

 

Rivia Skincare Company is a brand of natural skincare products. Products sold on this Site are manufactured and/or sourced by third-party suppliers (including, but not limited to, suppliers through Supliful or other fulfillment partners). Product descriptions are accurate to the best of our knowledge; however exact packaging, labeling, or ingredients may vary by production batch.



3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter legally binding contracts in your jurisdiction to use the Site or purchase Products. By completing an order, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements.

 

4. Orders, Pricing & Payment

4.1. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order for any reason (including errors in pricing or suspected fraud).

4.2. Prices shown on the Site are in USD and do not include applicable taxes, duties, or shipping charges, unless otherwise stated.

4.3. Payment methods are accepted through our third-party processors. By providing payment information, you authorize us or our payment processors to charge the amount due.

4.4. In the event of an error in pricing, we may cancel the order and notify you of the cancellation and refund any amount charged.


 

5. Shipping & Delivery

5.1. Processing Time: Orders typically process within 1–2 business days. Production of small-batch or custom items may take longer.

5.2. Delivery Estimates: Shipping transit times vary by carrier and location. Estimates given at checkout are estimates only.

5.3. International Shipping: If we ship outside the U.S., any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

5.4. Meltable/Natural Ingredients: Certain natural products (e.g., tallow) may soften or separate at elevated temperatures. If a product arrives softened or separated, follow the storage instructions supplied with the product. Contact Customer Support if you receive a product that appears to be damaged during transit.

 


6. Returns, Refunds & 30-Day Policy (Company Discretion)

 

6.1. Standard 30-Day Satisfaction Policy (General Terms).

We offer a 30-day satisfaction window from the delivery date for eligible orders. If you are not satisfied, please contact Customer Support within 30 days at camden@dusvora.com with your order number and a description of the issue.


6.2. Eligibility & Process.


  • To request a refund or replacement, you must contact Customer Support within 30 days of delivery.
  • We may request supporting evidence (for example, photos of the product, proof of purchase, or, in the case of alleged product defects or damage, photos showing the condition).
  • For hygiene and safety reasons, we may require certain returns to be denied unless the product is defective or damaged during shipping.



6.3. Company Discretion Clause.

We reserve the right, in our sole and reasonable discretion, to approve or decline refund requests. Factors we may consider include (but are not limited to): evidence of product misuse, failure to follow storage/use instructions, multiple prior refund requests for the same customer, or evidence of tampering. Our discretion is exercised in good faith and in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.


6.4. Empty-Jar/“Empty Jar” Guarantee.

For certain offers or promotions we may advertise an “Empty-Jar” or “30-day” guarantee requiring customers to provide a photograph of the empty jar (or other proof of use) as part of the return process. Where such a guarantee is offered, the terms of that guarantee will be those posted with the product and will supplement this Returns Policy. Even under such guarantees, we reserve the right to verify use and authenticity and to approve refunds in our discretion.


6.5. Refund Method & Timing.

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method within a commercially reasonable timeframe (usually 7–14 business days from approval). Shipping fees and non-refundable processing fees may be deducted, except where prohibited by law.


6.6. No Automatic Entitlement.

Except where required by law, no customer is automatically entitled to a refund simply because a product did not provide a particular result. Results vary by individual. The Company makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes for skin condition improvements.


 

7. Disclaimers & No Guarantees

7.1. No Medical Advice. The content on the Site, including product descriptions, blog posts, testimonials, imagery, and emails, is for informational purposes only and is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional regarding medical conditions, including but not limited to eczema. Do not discontinue any prescribed treatment without consulting a physician.


7.2. No Promises or Guarantees. We strive to provide accurate product information and customer experiences; however, the Company does not guarantee any specific results or outcomes from using our Products. Individual results will vary. Any statements regarding outcomes or benefits are not promises or guarantees.


7.3. No Liability for Third-Party Content. The Site may contain links to third-party websites, resources, or references. We do not control such third parties and are not responsible for their content or practices.

 


8. Testimonials, Endorsements & Representations

8.1. Authenticity & Transparency. We aim to display authentic customer testimonials and endorsements. In compliance with applicable consumer protection laws and FTC guidance:


  • Testimonials and reviews displayed on our Site are from real customers unless explicitly labeled otherwise.
  • If we publish composite, anonymized, or representative examples (e.g., a quote that summarizes multiple customers’ experiences), we will clearly disclose that the content is a composite or illustrative example.

If you are a customer whose testimonial appears on our Site and you believe it has been altered or misrepresented, contact Customer Support.


8.3. Use of Names & Privacy. To protect privacy, we may change or withhold last names, locations, or other identifying details in testimonials. Where names or images are used, they have been provided or approved by the customer.


Important: If you are considering the use of fictitious characters, invented identities, or wholly fabricated testimonials for the purpose of influencing consumer purchases, we must advise against that practice. It is deceptive and may violate consumer protection laws. Instead, use anonymized, composite, or illustrative examples clearly labeled as such.

11.2. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COMPANY’S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE PRODUCT(S) AT ISSUE. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on liability; if such laws apply, the above limitations may not apply to you.

 


12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your breach of this Agreement, your misuse of the Site or Products, or your violation of any laws or rights of third parties.

 


13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

 

13.1. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13.2. For any dispute not resolved informally, you and the Company agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in USA, Pennsylvania . Where required by law, you may bring claims in your local small claims court.

 

14. Severability & Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Failure by the Company to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver.


 

15. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Changes become effective when posted on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
